Canada Post does not often deliver packages to a recipients front door. You will receive a delivery notification and when you click on the tracking details it indicates that it was delivered to a community mailbox. We ask that you check your community mailbox to see if the package was delivered with your regular mail. Canada Post will leave a key within your mailbox and place the order in a separate secure mailbox.
If your parcel is not in the community mailbox, we ask that you wait 24 hours to see if the package gets delivered the next day. If you do not see your parcel, please contact our customer service department and we can assist you.
