How long does it take for a credit card or debit refund to appear on my statement?

It can take up to two billing cycles for a credit card refund to appear on your statement depending on the bank issuing the refund.  It can take up to 3-5 business days for a refund to appear in your online banking statement.  Kindly check your statement and if the refund is not showing up by the end of the 5 day timeframe, please contact us and we will help you out.
